  • Registration will be confirmed once payment is received. If you need to cancel your registration, email registration@mfwc.ca by November 1, 2026, to request a refund. Refunds will be issued after the conference.

  • While there is no formal bursary program, MFWC is committed to keeping the event affordable. We encourage attendees to explore community sponsorships or reach out for collaboration opportunities.

  • At this time, MFWC is an in-person conference only. We may share select highlights after the event on our website or social media.

  • Your registration fee includes access to all keynote sessions and workshops, conference meals and refreshments, and networking opportunities.

  • No, accommodations are not included. We do reserve a block of rooms at the host hotel with a special group rate. Booking details are shared during registration.

  • Yes, parking is available. Any specific instructions or parking fees will be posted in advance.
