Who can attend the conference?

The MFWC welcomes women from all generations and all sectors of agriculture—whether you're a farmer, agribusiness professional, student, community leader, or simply passionate about rural life.
What is the purpose of the conference?

The purpose of the conference is to connect multiple generations and agricultural backgrounds through education, encouragement, and empowerment.
When does registration open?
​
Registration typically opens in the fall. The specific launch date will be announced on our social media
What is the cancellation and refund policy?​
​
Registration will be confirmed once payment is received. If you need to cancel your registration, email registration@mfwc.ca by November 1, 2025, to request a refund. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
Is there financial assistance available to attend?​
While there is no formal bursary program, MFWC is committed to keeping the event affordable. We encourage attendees to explore community sponsorships or reach out for collaboration opportunities.
I've registered and sent my payment, but have not received a confirmation

Please allow for 2-4 business days for confirmation. Our team is made up of volunteers who are also active in the agriculture industry, and we appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.
Will sessions be recorded or available online?​
​
At this time, MFWC is an in-person conference only. We may share select highlights after the event on our website or social media.
I am a business or individual and would like to sponsor the event. How can I do so?​

We'd love to work with you! Please email our sponsorship coordinator at sponsorship@mfwc.ca to learn about the various sponsorship levels—there's truly something for everyone. If you're interested in supporting in any way, let us know, and we'll be happy to collaborate.

How do I register?​
You can register online at www.mfwc.ca once registration opens. Follow the prompts for payment and additional details.
What does the registration fee include?​
Your registration fee includes access to all keynote sessions and workshops, conference meals and refreshments, and networking opportunities.
How do I pay for registration?​

Registration will be confirmed once payment is received. You can pay using any of the following methods:

Is accommodation included in the registration fee?​

No, accommodations are not included. We do reserve a block of rooms at the host hotel with a special group rate. Booking details are shared during registration.
Is parking available at the conference venue​

Yes, parking is available. Any specific instructions or parking fees will be posted in advance.
Can we suggest a speaker or topic?​
