Our Board of Directors is built of Ag Women from across Manitoba. Some are hands on at the farm, in agri-business, a mix of both or retired from Ag. Being a diverse group plays a crucial roll in advancing, and breathing life into our conference.

Interested in joining our team?
Our board meets once a month, mostly on zoom with a few in-person meetings, minus one summer month. The work load is shared in all categories to accommodate everyone's work and life schedules. Since we are spread across Manitoba, we value communication first and foremost to successfully work together.
